I had sold a lot of my junk on eBay so was pretty familiar with the platform. But what if I tried selling new products? Would that work?

There was only one way to find out and that was to give it a go.

This was long before the days of Shopify and dropshippers. I was harder back in the day, but that also meant there was a lot less competition.

I contacted around 10 suppliers and one agreed that I could sell their products on eBay. They even said they would ship them directly to the customer for me.

Yay, it worked. So I then got someone to build a website.

Yay, it also worked.
